Polysport Fitness Centre

The sports centre includes a fitness room with a comprehensive suit of gym equipment to tone and develop every muscle in your body, you can choose a non-exhaustive workout or use it help maintain your body's natural balance. The fitness Room is to be used at your own risk. Over 16’s only and induction required.

As well as a fitness room there are also team changing rooms and shower facilities, the sports centre is safe and secure while using all the Polysport facilities. The centre is locked at all times and members receive a key for the term of their membership.
